Pie Crust with Baked Cookies

If you have stale cookies leftover from your holiday celebrations, this is a simple way to utilize them in a new recipe without having to throw them away!


Ingredients:

  • Stale Cookies

  • Butter

Materials:

  • Food Processer

  • Pie Pan

  • Microwave


Instructions:

  1. Take Stale Cookies and place them in food proccesser to create cookie crumbs

  2. If the cookies are still too soft and not making nice crumbs, you can try placing them in the toaster for about 15-20 minutes to dry them out more

  3. Once cookies are fine crumbs, combine with melted butter to make crust

  4. For every 1 1/2cups of cookie crumbs, you will need 5 Tbsp of melted butter

  5. Mix well and then press the mix into a pie pan, pushing the crumb crust up the sides of the pan

  6. The crust is now ready to be filled!
